I was charged for an order that hasn’t shipped.

I placed an order for the Xbox Series X and a controller on November 10th. I was told I wouldnt be charged until the order was shipped. I got charged for the controller which then shipped and arrived two days later. Now yesterday I was charged for the
Xbox but it still says it is pending in my order status and not shipped. Why would this happen?

Depending on how you paid they place holds on your funds without technically charging you. I too ordered the XBSX from MS store on launch but my funds in my bank are still processing till they ship. Its stupid

You need to contact the store, no on here can check on this

My speculation would be its in a shipping pallet waiting to be filled and picked up.

I placed an order for three controllers on August 16th. Two of them arrived in time but my third one still hasn’t and it also hasn’t been shipped. I was told four weeks of waiting for it to ship, but it has been over four weeks. I feel like my order has been forgotten. Who do I contact to get my order?

No it hasn’t came up in my order history but I still got charged the money, it wont let me download it anywhere an I cant refund the game cos theres nothing there to refund the game and order just hasn’t shown up anywhere but I just got charged for content
