    For this situation you will have to contact Xbox Support and explain to them that you paid but didn't receive your subscription. It also might be best to receive a callback.

    You mention that you contacted support, they even went so far as to verify and search the purchase by your card number?

    IMPORTANT: Refrain from sharing personal information, including email addresses, gamertags, phone numbers, transaction IDs, etc.

    As community users like you, we are not able to enter or check your account information, and everything we comment can be seen by anyone on the internet.

    That being said, and what I could suggest based on the information you provided, it's wait 48 hours after the time of purchase if you were the one who made it.

    This is recommended because in some cases, the servers can take this time to reflect the transaction in your Microsoft account order history.

    However, if this time passes, and you don't see the subscription active or in your order history. This means the transaction didn't go through, and it will be refunded automatically in up to 72 business hours. (Usually takes less)

    To resolve this issue, I recommend that you contact Xbox Support directly. They will be able to pull up your account check your subscription charge and process a refund if you are eligible so there is nothing to worry about.

    Please follow the steps below to reach out to our live support team:

    2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
    3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
    4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.

    6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
    7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
