action not guaranteed unless they have evidence, and as this is donw outside of the network then nothing may happen unless there was messages about it.

When you report someone then that report is investigated.No one ever receives enforcement action without the enforcement team gathering proof.

Considering you are not told the result of a report you've filed you can't know whether something has been done or not.

On rare occasions you might get generic "thank you message" if action is taken due a report you've filed but it won't give you any details.
