I was billed two times for the same game

Hello, Thanks for posting on Microsoft forum, Its kind of odd that you could sigh into 2 consoles at the same time as your not meant to be able to do that on Xbox one.

I Would say that the new update has patched the glitch/bug and you can no longer connect to 2 consoles at the same time.

Everyone was under their own gamertag right?? Thats the way game sharing works. Im not sure what the problem is now with Minecraft. Have you tried any other games to see if they are still working? Is gold still being shared through the consoles??

We need to validate if it's showing on your Microsoft order history because all successful transactions are added to our order history in real-time.

Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, and check if you're seeing two transactions for the subscription.

If you're seeing two transactions, you can then request a refund for the other one via https://xbox.com/refunds.

If you're seeing only one, please check all Microsoft accounts that you own to possibly locate the other charge or if there is no other Microsoft accounts, you may need to reach out to your hank to dispute the charge.
