    I was billed the same amount (R129.00) twice on 4 May 2024. This is for an XBox Game Pass Ultimate. I am the only person with access to my account and have not bought anything new. I want a refund.

    No sure exactly why this is happening. I managed to get connected to Xbox Support and the guy said that I have incorrectly been billed twice for Skate 3, so I will get a refund. This is after I gave him my Xbox Gamertag, and he stated that this does not
    normally happen, as this is probably an error in the billing service. He said I should be refunded the money soon. If I was you, I would try and get through to them as this seems to be the most simple way to get your refund for the game. I am just waiting
    to get my money back now.
