    I have xbox live and good connection but it says i cant play online. The website says i have a clean record too so i dont know why i cant play online.

    My account says "Permanently Suspended from xbox network" and the error code is 0x80xa40021

    Hello, I am experiencing the same issues, when I try to login to my xbxox account it says I am perminatly banned but when I go online and do a background check on my account it says I have a clean record.

    No that doesn't help at all, are you a bot? Can you read the text i posted and the screen shot, i haven't done anything to be banned The picture shows my account is clean and has zero infractions i was banned in error, saying it cannot be appealed when my record is clean does nothing to help the issue, if you dont have the ability to look into the issue these kinds of comments don't help me. In the screen shot you can see i have never had a suspension on record there is no reason for my account to be banned. No one is even telling me why it was done.

    I got permanently banned....

    The problem is when go i to my history on the enforcement thing it says congratulations you have a clean record even though I have gotten bans but they weren't serious just like 1day com bans but the problem is it just wont show my history it says that iam clean:/ so i cant even get the appeal.....
