I was banned from logging into xbox live and there was no response to my appeal.

I was banned for I assume, playing Forza horizon 5 with a group that used unlock glitches, more then 8 months ago. I was banned recently and fair enough, I understand I took part in a un sportsman behavior. However that was a long time ago and I stopped associating with that group and that game quickly after I started. I understand my ban, and if it had been not permanent it would have made much more sense, or if it was from only that game. But banning me from all games on my account, which there is a lot and I have spent a large amount of time playing. I am in good standing with Xbox according to Good Player https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/Home/Reputation and I don't have any reports against me. I'm wondering if someone else has had this issue where Xbox leaves no response to their appeal and what can be done to solve it.

Hello Snapper, lemento by what is happening, but as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access to ban data.

In those cases only enforcemente could tell you something through the appeal form and also do something about your ban.

Welcome to the world of wrongful banning. My account KillUrFamily72 was banned for nothing as well. What they do is check the logs from your xbox to find something fishy, but sometimes something that looks fishy is just maybe an error while downloading some
dlc but it still fully loads on your hard drive and when you play it its majorly glitchy. They look at the log and see the coded logging for this map pack isn't right... so they believe your Jtagging, now they get their 'irrefutable evidence.' They wait for
you to load something up that has improper logging then bam without you even knowing, you are now a genius who can hack games, but now they caught you, your banned forever, and you can attempt to appeal in 14. While appealing in 14 you post about 16 times
in the span of 3 months and they finally decide to review your crappiest appeal, they then take a snippet from the CoC or ToU and highlight what you did wrong and that's their response to your appeal. Now you can't appeal again so your xbox is doomed and they
want you to buy a new one. Like everyone else, you buy a new one, move on, and microsofts money bringing 'support system' is still up.
