    I was banned from consoles for no reason.


    I can find no email, no other info regarding this. When I click on "enforcement action" it says user has no enforcement history. When I check online on my account, it congratulates me on no issues. I'm worried that this problem is caused by Microsoft.

    That's strange, since support can't check this, they have no access to Enforcement information, but if you already contacted support and they mentioned this, I imagine that they should have also told you what happened and what you should do to solve it if the console is not really banned, right?
