I was banned for retaliating against racists

I was banned for offensive messeging against people who called me the hard r multiple times, told me they would lynch me, to go back from where i came from, and that i should (Mod Removed) because it would be one less monkey in the world... and IIII was banned. OFC I WOULD SAY SOMETHING BACK LIKE WHAT! Both these dudes should literally be permately banned from this platform , and i better get my ban lifted, and maybe even some compensation for even having to deal with something so infuriating already, on top of being banned by xbox for retaliating. WHAT IS THAT!? I wanted to talk with a live agent, but i was told to try "messeging fellow gamers" by a robot. So thanks xbox for this, it's absouletly lovely, and i dont want to put my hand through my screen at all, no, not at all...

Edit: Oh yeah on top of it all, i was messeged by the one after i was suspended and he was laughing in my face, so truly this feels wonderful so thank you microsoft...

You should of also received an email regarding any bans you have sent to the email address linked to your account, but if you are unable to find it, make sure to check in the SPAM/JUNK folder as well.

You can also report this behaviour to the Xbox Enforcement team using the steps on the following page. They will review your report and take appropriate action to prevent the behaviour from continuing:

In situations like that, report and block instead of responding. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended too. You would have to report him through his profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate him as well.
