I was banned for nothing

I was recently permanently banned for my gamerpic but it was not offensive, explicit or against the codes of conduct in any other way I have appealed this and I am waiting for a reply can someone please explain how this could happen and my chances of getting my account back.

Plus I had received a temporary ban for my gamerpic 2 weeks prior but my gamerpic hadn’t been reset nor changed it was only a picture of Tupac and I don’t understand how this was against the rules

I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

Hi yes I’ve already made a case review and wasn’t gave a definite answer on why my account was banned it’s really frustrating as I can’t call them directly and get this issue resolved

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were banned/suspended or you can check on the enforcement site

You can also file for a case review there if eligible.

If you violated the Code of Conduct in anyway and the enforcement team did an investigation then they will put an action against the reporting party too. Most common reason would be retaliation, responding back in away that violates the code. Rule of
thumb is never respond, report and block.
