    Xbox banned me for no reason and i sent an appeal only to be instantly denied, ive tried to find ways to contact and i just dont know how to, i really dont want to lose an account ive had for as long as i can remember because THEY made a mistake, any tips, tricks or answers would be bloody brilliant, or just some kind words to make me feel better about this loss i was banned for literally no reason from xbox live is there no one i can contact about... :(

    seems a little silly for them to hold a ban for over 10 years. i just wish there was a little more details a little more transparency

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and submitting an appeal is the only way to contact them. If they denied the appeal, then there is nothing else that can be done.
