I was banned but don't know the reason why I was

I was banned on xbox march 22 2024 for vague reasons and never used any strikes I'm still at 0/8 and all my accounts are still 0/8 I'm a reasonable active user on xbox that never harms anyone I've also tried to get the issue appealed and they denied it

P.s I have a idea but no clue if it's actually the issue but my account was connected on my pc and it had a virus and that could be the reason

All I'm asking really is how can I contact enforcement center to talk to them about it

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums so no one here would have that information. Any information would have been listed on the enforcement site when the suspension was issued.

what im saying is, is that i haven't even attempted the case review yet and when i went there it said i had to wait 24 hours already.

To check your suspension: https://enforcement.xbox.com

Make sure you read the Code of Conduct before filing for a case review in order to answer the questionare correctly, otherwise you have to wait 24 hrs in order to have a go at it again
