    I was apparently unbanned but am still banned.


    i was cleaning out my emails today and realized that i had an unread email from the appeal that i sent to xbox to get my account that is still currently banned unbanned and the email that said said that it was reactivated i'm a little confused maybe this was an issue on microsofts side but the email clearly says that they read through my appeal and reactivated my account. I'm confused and didn't know where else the better place to ask this question would be so im putting it on here. i attached the email to show proof of it aswell. my banned account's gamertag is tree41

    I can say that i have gone through to check the status of my account and it says that it is still suspended but i still don't undestand was this just a mistake on microsoft's end or something why did they send me an email saying my account was "reactivated" when it hasn't been. The original confirmation email that they sent me after i sent them the appeal even has the same ticket number as the email that i got saying it was supposed to be reactivated.

    According to the picture you are sharing those 2 emails are from the same day, and a reply from enforcement takes longer, seems strange, but finally the information you can trust is the one on the enforcement site

    I am having the exact problem 4 years ago I was banned and here to look on how to play online again. apparently they sent me here to the forums to find answers to unban my self and still no answers!
