I wanted to know where my friend requests appear on the official xbox website.

I can't send my friend a friend request and I want to know why I can't just been saying this for 2 months or longer at the bottom where the exclamation mark.

Hey there, Tye! This is an odd situation, but I believe that I might have an answer for you. Have you checked out your Friends page here on xbox.com? While it shows as a message, it may be a Friends Request that someone sent you while on the 360. Those show
as messages on the website, but will not show up as a friends request or message on the Xbox One.

Check out the Friends page here on the website, and get back to us! Hopefully that's where that hidden message is hiding.

For some reason, when I send friend requests, it says that Xbox LIVE "couldn't complete the process". When I restart my Xbox, the friend requests appear on my friends list, pending. But I still can't send any requests. When I cancel a request, it says it
cannot complete process, and I have to restart my Xbox again.

It only updates whenever I restart my Xbox. It won't work otherwise.

Could we get an official word on where exactly we should be requesting invitations for friends to join the update preview? I have posted twice in two separate areas with no feedback.
