If you've changed your security access then it does take time for the changes to take effect. However, the changes may not actually be done until around the same time they were done initially. My suggestion here would be to wait until tomorrow just in case.

If you still cannot log into your account by then you should start an online chat with support by logging into https://support.xbox.com and click on Contact Us.

Thanks for responding, Bruh moment, Microsoft simply tricked me by saying numbers will not be shown, but they are everywhere! I want my old username back not changing it to a new one.

hello, my email was @gmail and yesterday I recieved an email from microsoft team saying that a new mail was added to my account, then my cellphone and my email were removed. I used the tool to recover my password and then I changed the password. I also activated the 2fa with my cellphone number in order to avoid the Hacker getting back into my account. Now I just want to put back my normal email in my account and remove the one from the hacker.

i tried to change my phone number because its been a year that I've had a new one and when i tried to change it i got asked for a pin that was going to be sent to my old phone number but i got a option to send a security email to my second email but when i put my information on the email to try and change my number i was told that my information was going to be transferred and i could do anything with my account. I called support and asked for help but i was just told that my account will be locked after 30 days which I don't want. All I wanted to do was change my old phone number to my new one.

Hi! I talked to some people from Microsoft and they told me that my old account had its email changed. Unfortunetly, I dont have the emails that state I bought Minecraft on this email, due to no space, I had to delete them all.

Please, I want my account back.

I had to make a new account on this email.
