I understand where you're coming from, Aivars, and I'd be happy to guide you with requesting a refund so you can get your money through Microsoft's end, however, if there is no transaction we can't request a refund and if there is no transaction it means that the purchase that you have made did not push through which is why I am asking if you can reach out to your bank so they can cross-validate the charge that was taken out.

So yall can't do anything about it nice customer service........

Oh, I am an independent advisor and also an Xbox gamer like you. When it comes with our purchases, it is successful if it's showing up under our Microsoft order history and if it's not showing up it means that it is not successful and if we have been charged, we need to have it checked with our bank.

Just a friendly reminder though that all successful purchases are added to our order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders) in real-time which means that if it's showing on your end as "completed", it is successful and you should be able to install and launch the game.

If it's not showing from there but you have been charged, you may need to reach out to your bank to dispute the charge so you can re-purchase the game.
