    I tried everything including both of those links. The first link always gave me error with registering my device. Even when I first bought the controller. I tried it several times before. It's error code is (jJESsqKE20KPR8Nk.21).

    And I also reached to a staff with that second link. They told me to contact the company that is written on my warranty. But that company is not helping as I told above.

    I just want to know who is liable of Microsoft warranty in my country. Because none of the companies take responsibility about it.

    Same problem here but i have the one s. I've tried everything but no fix. I get weekly updates and none have fixed the problem. My batteries are suffering from leaving my controller on so I can skip past the commercials, they still play, but it doesn't crash.

    I've tried everything, I did a hard reset, I tried to cancel the profile and re-upload it, I've tried to do a total reset of the xbox, but still nothing.

    Every time I try to connect my account, it asks me the e-mail, the password and then the same error appears over and over again.

    Should I try to do something with my Internet router?

    It's just strange because I tried at my neighbours home and it worked without any issues, but it looks like my home is in another "region".

    I've even tried to plug in my xbox in different places at my home but the error is always the same.

    My fear is that if I'm really gonna get a new xbox the same error would come up again.

    Hope someone can help me.
