I want to upgrade my child's account to xbox unlimited.

When we do it on my child's account it says I have to buy it but I can't find where to do that. I know it is somewhere on xbox.com but I have no idea where?

I tried doing this and it didn't work it came up with the screen.

You need a parent to buy this

We can't send a request for this one, so you'll have to ask them another way.

We find a hug and a "please" works wonders!

Ultimate game pass site. Make sure when you go there you sign in with your child's account.

No iv done all that and when I click on a game it says get game pass all I can do is upgrade to xbox unlimited but I don't want to do that

My parent's account was closed and I need it when I want to download some content. Also, I'm over 18 now, but I can't find the option to upgrade account to from child to adult.

You will either have to download the game on an Xbox 360 or upgrade your account to an adult.
