    Check if in your region Microsoft is undergoing maintenance on some service, this may be what you are not getting in contact. If a service is not being maintained, keep trying, I'm sure it'll work out.

    As mentioned by some other posters, I was able to workaround this by setting my VPN to Canada. Not ideal but at least there's a temporary fix.

    Having the same issue and I thought the same thing - try an Incognito window, maybe something is cached. But, no. I cleared the cache. I opened an Incognito window. I tried a different browser. Microsoft Support is unreachable. And I have questions.

    There needs to be some type of communication from the company as to what is going on.

    The form you linked is having the same issues. It wants me to log in and when I click the log in button, it takes me to support.xbox.com and there's nothing but a white page with no loading activity.
