I want to unlink my EA account

I accidentally deleted the email linked to my old EA account. I've tried multiple times with EA support to get it back but their support system is useless and they can't really do anything. I'm trying to link a new EA account to my Xbox account, but to do that I need access to my old EA account since the account linking is on EA's end. I tried contacting Xbox support too but I can't figure out how. Is there any way to unlink my old EA account from my Xbox account without having to go through EA's horrible support?

Hi,

I don't want to unlink the accounts, I just don't want the EA app to start the moment I start the XBOX app.

Right now I don't even have an EA game installed (and autostart is disabled for the EA app). But the EA app still opens up & logs me in the moment I start the XBOX app.

Should the EA app not start only once I actually start an EA game?

Unfortunately, the Microsoft account only has linked social network accounts, game accounts such as ubsoft, epic games, psn, are done in reverse, that is, the platform account is linked to the microsoft account, and microsoft does not have access accounts owned by other companies.

In your case, only the Company that owns the account (epc, ubsoft, sony, etc...) can help in this process since microsoft does not have access to either the process or the information.

We understand that you need help with your Xbox account that you want to unlink to your old EA Sports profile.

To unlink an Xbox account from EA Sports profile, you should visit their support page where you can manage your EA Sport profile by there you will have an option to unlink or manage your profile there. Because if you will check on Microsoft support page there is no option to unlink or manage 3rd party accounts or in game accounts.

-Go to the Connections tab in your EA Account settings portal..

-Check the box next to I understand and wish to continue.

-Click Unlink.

You should be able to unlink your Xbox account from your EA account by signing into your EA Account and under your profile info you should see all the linked profiles.

Also, keep in mind that If you unlink your XBOX account from EA, you won't be able to link it to another one.
