I want to sue Xbox for having a Terrible enforcement and customer service team

So after playing a match of Halo infinite for the first time in months because the server has just been terrible!, i run into 2 teammates who just keep talking smack to me. All types of profanities during the game.. i report and nothing! This person is still harassing me and currently even now 2 days into my Ban i am still receiving messages from the troll who got me banned for starting with me. I am a 30 yr old man and if i sit there and allow some kid or teen or young adult talk **** to me, why am i not allowed to speak up!?! And also why was i the only one banned if i even have proof and reported the messages after i was banned from the player? HE IS STILL MESSAGING ME after the ban and thats not harassment?! Seriously i want to sue! Is it possible? Can we do something about this as a community because i know im not the only one who deals with this problem.. WHY DOES XBOX ENFORCEMENT TEAM NOT HAVE A CONTAct #? IF THE COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT WAS THAT IMPORTANT, IT WOULD SHOW. WHY DO ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS SOUND LIKE THEY ARE READING STRAIGHT FROM A SCRIPT, AND NONE OF THEM SOUND AMERICAN.. ALWAYS HARD ACCENTS VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND, VERY RARE I COME ACROSS AN AMERICAN VOICE FOR A REPRESENTATIVE!! AND NOT TO SOUND RACIST BUT IT WOULD BE NICE TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SOMEOME WHO I CAN ACTUALLY HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH AND NOT HAVE TO REALY CUE IN TO WHAT THE PERSON ON THE OTHER LINE IS SAYING. You would think that with all the **** smurf accounts, spam accounts, hackers, modded consoles, you guys have more Important things to worry about then some harmless words typed in a message box from a rage. PEOPLE GET UPSET! ITS NATURAL!! WE ARE HUMAN!! MAYBE YOU GUYS FORGOT THAT WHEN YOU LET ALL THESE **** A.I. AGENTS AND SCRIPTS TAKE OVER!! WHY WOULD YOU GUYS DECIDE TO TAKE THINGS UP THROUGH ARBITRATION? IS IT BECAUSE YOU KNOW YOUR COMPANY IS SHADY AF, AND YIU KNOW PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SUE FOR YEARS FOR YOUR TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES AND SUBPAR SERVICES!! I WILL BE SELLING MY XBOX AS SOON AS THE BAN IS OVER JUST SO I CAN TELL THAT LITTLE **** “**** you and the horse ya mother carried you on.
