I want to start over.

How can I reset my level and start over at the beginning? No where can I delete my saved game as far as I can tell. thanks for any help.

If someone is sending you nasty messages please use the
File a complaint facility on Xbox to report the other players. Hopefully after you start doing this the number of messages you receive will reduce.

After this if you need to
change your gamertag then you can do this yourself for a fee or alternately you can try reaching out to the Xbox Support team trough
Contact Us and then select either the option to Chat With Xbox Support or Request a phone call from support to discuss alternate options.

hello, i need your help. i keep getting like, follows, and hate mail fro a bunch of random spam accounts so i have been removing everyone fro my friends list and starting over and laying low on xbox and only playing with family mebers from here on. i need
a new gamertag and i need some advice on how to counter stalkers and spam accounts. thank you

 

Did you try to delete the whole game? I think that would work. You can just download again since you already paid for the game. I don't think there is any thing else that currently will work.

 

You can't, all profile save data on the Xbox are saved in the cloud.

Even if you wiped you entire Xbox, as soon as you sign in your profile it would download your game saves and you'd be in the same position.

Why do you want to start again anyway?

 

So it sounds like the only way to start over is to create a new profile on the box and start play with that profile. Since the old Silver and Gold member rules no longer apply the new profile would have access to Live.
