The issue is you have an NTSC console and it seems like Burnout Paradise is PAL-restricted. Games On Demand on the Xbox 360 are slightly inconsistent as to which will work on a different-region console, so some (particularly "bigger" games like AAAs) will
be region-restricted and you won't be able to download a game in Spain to an NTSC console, whereas with others (particularly Arcade games) you won't notice this, hence why some games will have worked and this one didn't.

The general rule of thumb to follow is to have a console that matches the regions of the discs and downloads you have, which ensures everything will work without issue, but some games will be able to pass through that filter.

You can try contacting Support for a refund because I don't think you'll ever be able to get this game to download to, or run on, your current console - a PAL console would be required.

Hello. Yes I live in Spain, but I still don't understand the issue, since this digital copy was bought from the Spanish Xbox site. In my opinion, this case of region lock has something to do with the physical region flag which is built in somehow. The most
interesting thing is that this console is able to run all types of games (phiysical or not) regardless of it's region. Also since there is not any solution on sight I should elevate this case to customer support and ask for a refund,

Some content is region locked and cannot be properly downloaded to regions that they were not originally intended for.

Army of Two DC - Started in Brasil Region - Can't finish

Do you still think it is a problem with the region?

I had this problem with all the above listed games. I just finish downloaded them after trying a lot of times.

My friend was already with his live region in Brasil and he also got the exact same problems.

There are lots of people with the exact same problem.

Will you admit now that there is a problem with Microsoft servers????
