Discus and support I want to reset my xbox in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; My dad sold my xbox but didnt tell me and i didn't get to reset the xbox to factory. What can i do?     My dad sold my xbox but didnt tell me and i didn't get to reset the xbox to factory. What can i do? I deleted the payments saved and unlinked the xbox account from my epic but he still has my email and my games

    Check out this support article on how to reset your Xbox; however this will factory reset it so you'll need to sign in to your account again and set it up to how you like your Xbox.

    I'm assuming that's what you mean when you say you need to reset your Xbox, however if you're talking about game sharing, then this support article instead should help you figure out how to reset your Xbox to your primary console.

    Hi,

    first of all it is YOUR responsibility to protect your account from missuse of anybody else.

    It is possible to get one more switch to home console.

    Go to the screen where you get the message that you have reached the limit.

    Now click on help and there you will find the option how to get one more switch.

    There you have to answer some questions.

    But remember it's only ONE more !!!

    wouldnt be that big of a deal except for the fact that we CANT connect to xbox live because the
    [Mod Removed] updates killed my XBOX.

    Who needs an update for Freaking PIZZA HUT sucking 200+ megabites from a drive... LAME PRODUCT AND COMPANY! Did I mention all the money I wasted on game purchases from xbox live and now cant even access because the UPDATES killed my xbox!

    Sorry you're having issues. A factory reset will not reset the code. Your father will need to call phone support and explain the situation to them. Support will be able to walk him through the reset procedure.
