I want to reset my e-mail password

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

Or you can try fill this other form too if you don't remember the email address https://account.live.com/acsr

Sadly, an account cannot be recovered with the gamertag alone.

It should give you the E-mail for the parental account. Take that e-mail and go to account.love.com and then select "Can't access your account?", then select "I forgot my password" and under that "Reset password" type in the E-mail, do the character verification
and then try using all the options to reset your password for the Parental account.

I have tried it from the xbox.com log in page and also from the
https://login.live.com log in page. I click on forgot my password, enter my e-mail address and the "only humans can see letters" and it tells me it is able to send me a reset link to my e-mail address. I then go into my e-mail address and have a e-mail
from microsoft accounts and it has a link to reset my password. I click on the link, it tells me to enter a new password twice (once to verify) then brings me to the login.live.com login page, where the password I just entered is supposed to work, however,
it does not. Thanks.

I'm in the same situation. I went to the website for help, but they told me to create another account and another e-mail address (my normal e-mail address would not work for some reason, im fed up with the "support" they give) but that didn't help. All I
want is for them to reset my password so I can try with a new password, but that's to hard. XBLA is really ridiculous.

It doesn't matter what e-mail it ends in, any e-mail can be a Microsoft Account e-mail. If you don't know the password you will need to
reset the password.
