I want to request a refund on a game I accidentally bought

If yes, you can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.

Yeh I have the same problem with an accidental purchase of DayZ and they denied my request

you stated in your other post you wanted a refund due to saving for a pc, which is it, you accidentally bought it or you just want a refund, you need to be crystal clear when requesting a refund. you can always reply to the email you got and ask why they
would not refund and ask them to check again.

Oh well I accidentally made two refund requests with the link you provided and it was for the same game will anything happen to my refund request?

Also, if we played the game that I bought accidentally. Can I still refund?
