I want to remove account because no longer have access, but no remove button.

Can you open the Minecraft Launcher and go to Settings, then Accounts? If you see the account you’re having trouble accessing, click the three dots next to it and choose "Remove Account." Let me know if that works.

If you don't have access to the Xbox, the only way to remove an account is through the Xbox website. Here's how you can remove an account from an Xbox without access to the Xbox:

Go to the Xbox website and sign in with the account you want to remove.

Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select "Settings."

Click on "Account" and then select "Remove accounts."

Select the account you want to remove and click on "Remove."

You'll be asked to confirm that you want to remove the account. Click "Yes" to confirm.

The account will be removed from the Xbox and can no longer access any content associated with the account.

Note that if the account you want to remove is the only account on the Xbox, you'll need to perform a factory reset to remove the account completely.

If he no longer has access to his consoles then he can't remotely remove them from his account. Here is the quote from Xbox Support website,

If you no longer have access to the Xbox One console where you saved your Microsoft account, you won't be able to remove the account remotely. However, you can change your password, which will disable
access to your Microsoft account on the console to which you no longer have access.

If it was a free to play on game pass when they are removed you no longer have access.

Are you checking on the same account? Purchased are account bound and only that account has access and will show it it in the history.

There is no way to remotely remove your account from someone's console. You would have to physically delete it yourself. Removing their console as your Home only means they can no longer access your games from their own account. If your account is still
sign in on the console, they can still access it.
