I want to play Minecraft on my labtop but cant as it says i refunded it when i never did

Kindly make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account where the game was purchased, Adam.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, make sure that it is showing as "completed". Once confirmed, on that page, click your profile icon on the top right corner then copy or take note of the Microsoft email address that you will see (make sure that it's correct, especially the domain).

Once you have it, sign out on your Xbox App, Minecraft Launcher, and Microsoft Store App then sign back in using the Microsoft email address that you have copied.

Make sure that it is showing as "completed", alright?

Mine is doing the same thing, its saying i was refunded but at the same time I never Received an actual cash refund in my account nor did I want to have this game refunded

I cant login onto the mojang site using my microsoft account. It says unknown email or password when im certain its correct. I can login onto minecraft.net and it shows my minecraft profile and my xbox account information. When I try to launch minecraft it say that I need to buy the app again and when I refunded the minecraft launcher it was removed from my device. I had only cancelled a game pass subscription.

No,i just bought Minecraft on the original site Minecraft.net and when i downloaded the minecraft launcher,i wanted to log in to play minecraft and i cant because it says : Unable to connect to Xbox Live at this moment. And i dont know why because the email and pass are correct.

talk with customer support directly and if its within the last day they should refund it.
