I have "Xbox One S All-Digital Edition" console. I want to play GTA V completely offline once I download the full game from Xbox store. While looking for this, I found some unclear answers stating, I can play offline but I need to be connected to
the internet EVERY time I start the game(Perhaps while logging-in to the console). Is it true?

I have downloaded gears of war 4, Halo 5 and Forza Horizon 4 which I can play
completely offline. These games don't require the internet even while logging in to the console. Is this the same for GTA V too?

If you have set the console as the home Xbox, then you should be able to play most games offline, whether GTA V is one of them, I don't know. The best thing is to check yourself, to see if it will let you play the game
offline.

Unfortunately, the Grand Theft Auto Online is playable only on Xbox Series X/S console as you can refer to the game description here https://www.xbox.com/games/store/grand-theft-au...

You can still play the regular GTA V but you can only access the GTA Online when you have the Series X/S console.

So if I'm playing on an xbox series x and my friends on a xbox series s I can not play gta 5 online with them
