    I want to make a FORMAL complaint to Microsoft


    This is following on from my question raised here;

    Which the moderator has closed despite offering absolutely no assistance and seemingly going "look over there" and running away whenever I put a question to them.

    I asked very clearly for the FORMAL COMPLAINTS correspondence address. Can someone provide this. I'm not here to fill in "feedback forms". That's the job of an unpaid beta tester.

    PROVIDE ME WITH THE FORMAL COMPLAINTS ADDRESS!

    You can contact support by requesting a call back or chatting with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us and send a complaint through them. Otherwise, you were given the correct information in your original thread.
