I want to make a acount in grounded PS4 but i can't

So i want to make a acount in PS4 on grounded but IT says that"grounded could not be linked to a microsoft acount at this time".I have this issues for a week and i checked every day to see if i could make an microsoft acount.What can i do?

U want to be on equal grounds with a competitor.. If the PS4 has it then they need to...Simple business...

Allright it worked via my other acount but now I want to use it in my new account. But I can't...or at least I don't know how... So I downloaded it on my new old acount onto the HDD but is there a way I can use it or download it with my new account.
