    You need to contact Rockstart support for help with transitioning characters

    We have no ability to support PlayStation outside of MS titles.

    No, you cannot transfer your character to your secondary account.
    Transfers ceased on March 6th after the agreement between Sony, Microsoft and Rockstar ended.

    If you want to play on Xbox One, you have to start again.

    Rockstar isn't partnered with either microsoft or sony and of course sony and microsoft also aren't partnered so I don't see this happening but of course you could Always ask rockstar over on their forums.
