    I want to know it's permanently or temporary & why can I find any thing about this...


    Today at the morning I have received email from Xbox told me to go the enforcement action & after this I can't type anything in my activity feed or my clubs ... But after I go to my enforcement after I login with my account of course I never see anything no action but the old only no take down or anything told ME it's permanently or temporary or when I can use my account normally I see the old things not the new I want to know how can I know this is the suspension permanently or temporary ???? Answer ME HONESTLY QUICKLY POLITELY NICELY GENTLY ANSWER ME ANSWER ME ANSWER ME

    Unfortunately the site has not been updated for the past week or so. You may want to try replying to the email you received or you may be able to find out the length of the suspension by contacting support. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Unclear about comm ban length.

    I just want to find out if its permanent or temporary. If its permanent then its not really worth me playin on Live no more. I've just checked, iv had 3 negative things on my rep thing in the last six months.... not bad really seeing how ive been on for
    Live ten years (Killer Kev UK was my old profile, i had 130,000 gamerscore but lost it because i forgot my email address i used to create my Live profile.) Is there anyway i can just find out the duration of the ban before i spend any more money on Live?

    Hi, thank you for the response. I have filed a case review about my issue but unfortunately it was declined. I just want to know if it is permanent or a 7 day suspension, and if it is permanent, I would like to know why. Is there anyone at enforcement I can contact about this? Thank you.

    I truly understand your situation. First of all, I want to state that no suspension is given without a reason. The enforcement team meticulously checks every situation.

    Here in the community, we do not have access to this information ( reason for suspension/ban ) since this is dealt with by the Enforcement team, okay? The appeals are the only way to contact them though.

    I am really sorry for your situation, but this can truly only be solved ( if possible ) through appeals. No one here can assist with that, neither can Support. Hope you understand.
