What they do not know is that I have not violated any of their written rules. I am accused of theft when I have not stolen anything, do any research with my console or profile and see that everything is in order because I am the owner of the console and
I know what I do and when I am guilty of something I admit it.

I don't really know what you want us to do about it. The Enforcement Team do not use the forums to address complaints of banned users, so there is technically no point to this thread.

What I want to do is to let me know the reason for my banning and request one, anything they ask me I give them. Evidence of what they need but I tell them once again that I have not violated their rules and conditions. Eh followed the code of conduct and everything.

I tried the sign in recovery thing with my gmail sending me a code and my phone number but it didn't work it just gave me the same exact error that its locked.

In the second part u mentioned that my account may have violated some terms and agreements with microsoft which would probably be the logical opinion because when i had no hold of the account hacker could've violated any rule or agreement with microsoft. And i couldn't of have broken an agreement in 3h that i was the account once it was recovered because the only thing i did was enable 2fa change the email and play Hitman 3 on my pc, so that would be the most logical explanation.

The last part where u said i shoud've known the reason and tips how to prevent that i know that i can't violate any terms and agreements and i don't even want to do that but when i was in no control of the account any rule could've been broken without me even knowing!

I filled out another form for the unlocking account and specified exactly what happened a few minutes ago, just in case its gonna help u and ur investigation.

I read it and know how he is doing it and YES it does violate those rules. Where you don't know any of the specifics as I didn't post them not wanting to DOX anyone you're drawing erroneous conclusions of what is actually taking place.

That is completely understandable.

Although my question is why was that lfg a violation of community guidelines.

Obviously it's not my intention to receive a ban being an xbox ambassador myself. I would never intentionally violate any of the guidelines or rules.

I just would like to know what the violation actually was so I can avoid a suspension in the future. It seems odd to be punished and not be given full details as to what the actual violation was.
