    I want to know how you all can chat ban someone when they are in a private chat playing...


    This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. I got chat banned today and I was in a private chat. I also got chat banned two weeks ago and didn't even have a headset hooked up. How can someone just report you like that and get away with it. There needs to be some changes on this issue. YOU SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO CHAT BAN SOMEONE FOR NOT DOING ANYTHING.

    private chats are monitored too, the reason I NEVER use any chat or party chat on xbox.
