I want to know how to fix my Xbox privacy settings so I can play my game

I've done everything to try and fix it I've set it up different ways I've added a parent account and had them change settings and approve and open everything I've restarted it and done everything I could think of this is my first time having this problem with xbox and I just got it for Christmas I don't know why its not working but I'd like it fixed as soon as possible because games and certain features in games won't work for example roblox and 2k23 career won't work

May I ask what is the exact prompt that you're getting whenever you're trying to play those games?

Also, kindly sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

It keeps saying "you can not see other people content go to xbox privacy and change your settings" and everything is allowed

Got it, can you please sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings again and then "block" all of these settings and then submit, after that "allow" again and then submit:

* You can see and upload community creations

Please login at this link to change certain permissions on the account, which may cause problems regarding the use of adult content.

And in the part of "Xbox and Windows 10 devices Online Safety" set all features related to multiplayer, communication and friendship to "Allow".

If it won't let you log in to set up your account, there may be two reasons.

1. The date of birth of your account is underage, check it in this link:

https://account.microsoft.com/profile

2. You are a member of a family group, check it in this link

https://account.microsoft.com/family/home

I understand that you have checked that your account is set up to be old enough to use that content, but being part of a family group could also mean certain restrictions, please check that you are not part of a family group.
