I want to get unbanned over a little mistake

So basically what happened was i was looking for a new profile picture and i changed it to minecraft hitler on accident and now im banned i need help getting unbanned please if anyone could help me it would be a life saver and i would truly thank you and im only 14 and i wasnt thinking properly and i just want my account back please. I got banned for a year so help would be thankful please.

i bought the system i didn't know he made a mistake and i shouldn't get double bent because he made a mistake i feel the console should just be unban they can see my gamertag i'm a good guy and shouldn't have to suffer over this its wrong because i wasnt
the one who mad the mistake..

if there was really a mistake, they would likely just unban the console.

Not that this is likely to happen to get your hopes up or anything.

If he is console banned, it is a perma ban. If his account got hacked and he still got banned, he can try to talk to them on the forums, but bans are typically irreversible even if it is in error.

The enforcement team investigate every complaint thoroughly. They only ban someone if they actually have proof that they have done something to violate the terms of service. He can try posting on the ban forums, but there is no appeal process for bannings.
