I want to get my money back from a subscription I never ordered,

Please first double check any account that you have access to or is in your home to make sure the amount wasn't charged to one of them. You can check each account by logging them in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders or https://account.microsoft.com/services.

If you find the membership on one of your accounts you should be able to cancel it and request a refund there. If you do not see the membership on any of your accounts then someone else may have access to your billing info. In that case I would recommend contacting your bank/credit card company to dispute the charges

just pay my money back, 270 SEK. I have managed to cancel it when I saw it was withdrawn from my new credit card. Wonder how you managed to get hold of that? It sounds criminal. But as you have my credit card number you can pay back the money there.

my issue is that the option to refund a request isn't there in the first place.

after i clicked cancel on the game I'm wanting to refund, it isn't in my order history anymore but i still paid for it and haven't got the money back
