    I want to file a complaint to a manager at Xbox support


    Your service must be down as none of my digital games will work. I tried the virtual assistant and tried requesting a callback. Every single time I reach a live person, they immediately hang up on me and now your site says I've reached the limit of callbacks within a 24hr period.

    I want to speak to a manager as this seems suspiciously convienent that I get disconnected when the reps know I cannot keep calling back after the 3rd try.

    I understand that you would like to speak to a manager to file a complaint. To file a complaint with Xbox support, you can use the Xbox Report a Problem app to report your issue. To do so, press the Xbox button to open the guide, select Store, and then search for Xbox Report a Problem. Choose the app from the search results and follow the instructions in the section “Report a new problem” to submit your problem report.

    In the meantime, please try the following steps to troubleshoot your problem:



    - Restart your console and check your network connection.

    - Make sure your console is set as your home Xbox.

    - Check if there are any updates available for your games or console.

    - Clear your local saved games and sync them with the cloud.



    If these steps do not resolve your issue, please contact us again through our website or app and we will do our best to assist you.     You can try submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     but if they uphold their decision, you will have to pay if you want to change your tag. That policy is per the code of conduct you agreed to.
