I want to end my Xbox Live subcription.

I have one month Xbox Live subcription on my Xbox 360 and my friend's microsoft account is on it and he doesn't remember his password and he can't return his password back. Is there any way I can take off my credit card off my Xbox so I don't have to pay
for nothing. When I have tried to return my friend's mailpassword on Gmail it says that there is no gmail of my friend's. How can I end my subcription??

If you lost access to the account you better cancel that card quick....

If you are unable to get any where on the account.

Then it best to cancel the credit card.. This is a last resort, if you have too.

Ideal.. The next time you help a friends with a Xbox Live. Maybe give them a pre-paid XBox Live Card for one month or 3 months of game play.

hi, sorry mister cerb the troubleshooting stebs that you have suppled has not helped me, it still says that i have to have a gold live subcription, when it goes to subcription page , it says : looks like you are ready to go, it then returns to game and says
this profile is not allowed to play on xbox live.....my gold subcription ends 17-9-2014 . it is the gold live trail offer..........simon

I had the Gamepass Friends & Family (I was the... owner? I was the one who was paying for the subcription) and my subcription ended last august 15 and inmediatly I received the 3month token, that's why my question, I want to activate this token on september 18, 2023, that's possible?
