Streaming your xbox one games to windows 10

Is it possible to stream your xbox one game to your windows 10 computer while watching tv through your xbox one? I have my cable through my xbox one so I can use one guide and have my xbox one the center of my entertainment center. When I attempt to stream
a game to my computer because someone wants to watch tv they are unable to because I am playing a game. Is the only way for this feature to work is to disconnect your cable from going through your xbox one?

I keep on getting disconnected.

I don't think I could do the ethernet cable because my computer is upstairs while my Xbox 360 is downstairs. It's pretty far apart. I'll try resetting my network setting but I think I've done it before. Where I disconnect from my wireless network and scan
for it again. It's still disconnects me when I'm playing a game.

Here is the test results... Is everything good??

I just want everything to go back to normal. My connection was fine before I switched my Xbox 360 slim over to a new TV.

Wow, I hope what Studbucket33 is saying isn't true and that this can be enabled at some time with a software fix. If not I think my Xbox One is going to have be disconnected from my cable box. Live TV was half the reason I went with Xbox vs PS4 but this
is a deal breaker. My wife doesn't want to turn on the Xbox or be bothered with voice commands when I'm not home. She just wants to pick up the remote and watch TV.

Looks like a handshake issue between the xbox and TV, I get this on occasion with my lg oled TV, what I do when this happens it to power the xbox and TV off, press and hold the power button on the xbox for 10 seconds to power it off, disconnect the xbox
power supply from the mains power outlet for a couple of minutes, disconnect the HDMI cable from the xbox, power the TV on, reconnect the xbox power supply to the mains power and power the xbox on with the HDMI cable disconnected, give it a minute and then
connect the HDMI cable.

Did you hear both power on tones when you did the eject/power button reset ?

i am using an at&t fiber modem. if i kill it i disconnect my wife, the tv, and varous appliances. can i do that with disconnecting the xbox from the wireless internet? thank you

Yes - I disconnected my TV from it after about 10 minutes. Its a silly way to watch TV.
