hi I have an Xbox one and want to customize my Xbox One startup chime from a limited edition like a Minecraft creeper sound what do I do to customize this?

You might want to check the startup error here and follow the instruction for E102

I am also having trouble with my xbox 360 slim 250gb. It will freeze every time during startup. I called up microsoft and they want to charge me $99 to fix it. This is ridiculous, microsoft needs to fix this issue without taking advantage of its customers.

Any help would be appreciated.

It seems as though many people are having this problem. I've just gotten my xbox one and right out of the box it won't startup at all Microsoft seems to have faulty models floating around and let's just say I am not a very happy customer at this point.

I just talked to customer support, they had me go to settings-power &startup and set the power mode to energy saving then turn off the Xbox one, wait a minute, turn it back on. Change the setting back to instant on and try 'Xbox turn off' again, this time
it recognized both yes and no...
