I want to connect my stadia controller to use on the Xbox app, is this possible?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use a Stadia controller with the Xbox app. The Stadia controller is designed to work specifically with the Stadia platform, and it does not have native support for other gaming platforms or apps but you can try using it to play games through a browser like Chrome or Microsoft Edge, you just need to go to xbox.com/play.

Wired yes but it won't function fully as it's wasnt meant for the windows platform

There are third party remapping software if you Google it but the functions are limited

But not for.cloud play

With the discontinuation of stadia you are better off getting a real controller

Even a 10-20 dollar Logitech controller would function better

Native drivers is always better then a generic gamepad driver

Since stradia.doesn't have native drivers since it was specifically designed for the stradia device your options are limited

Remember they charged a membership fee plus the full price of the game for triple a titles

The Stadia controller doesn't support XINPUT which is a requirement for games in the Xbox App. You'll need a third party application like REWASD - It's not free though unfortunately, but it is cheap. Thankfully however, there is a 7 day trial.

Hello, thank you for your quick response. I have Steam. I've never use the Steam controller input and didn't change anything about it, also I have the The Crew 2 game via Ubisoft Connect, not Steam.

I've tried what you said and unfortunately didn't work. Nintendo support was active. Disabled it, nothing changed. I tried xbox support, still same.

By the way, I've tried BF2042 and Rainbow Six Siege. BF2042 is messed up with gamepad but R6 was okay

NFS Unbound - Steam - Bad

BF 2042 - Steam - Bad

Spider-Man - Steam - Okay

Crew 2 - Ubisoft - Bad

R6 - Ubisoft - Okay

AC Valhalla - Ubisoft - Okay

Seems like it's not related with the game platform(Steam and Ubisoft). Probably it's Windows issue but I don't know what to do

Another weird thing; normally, Windows recognizes the Stadia controller great with wired except vibration. (stadia controller not working at all via BT on Windows) With wired, all buttons and everything is normal except force feedback. So I was using this for enable the vibration https://github.com/walkco/stadia-vigem

I need to start this script everytime when I want play the games if I want to use Stadia's vibration. Before this mapping issue, even without this script stadia controller's buttons was normal. But now; Stadia controller also messed up as like xbox gamepad BUT if I use this script, Stadia buttons turning to normal. So whatever causing this mapping issue, this script is overwrites it.

Also; I don't understand that why when I use the xbox gamepad with wired everything is turning normal. Just as like the Stadia script, Xbox gamepad with wired overwrites this mapping issue also.
