I want to change my privacy and online safety settings but I cant access to my xbox settings

i have a similar issue but with the migration to Microsoft accounts, every thing works fine but i cant play multi player. aparently its linked to my privacy settings but i cant access them to change them

how do access my privacy settings?

this is as far as ive got but it loops me from here

I am able to access my microsoft privacy settings and make changes, but when I go to my Xbox privacy settings from that site it again redirects me to this site:

I am still unable to change my Xbox privacy settings.

Are you trying to do this on a console or PC? If on a PC have you tried another browser? Checked the browser settings and tried an InPrivate window to see if that helps?

Also try account.xbox.com (no S) instead of accounts.xbox.com (with an S)

nope I cant access the privacy setting online safety on the xbox. on the web, i dont see the child or adult for privacy. why is my account online status unknown on the xbox?
