I want to change my Gamertag but it says it isnt allowed and I'm not sure why.

I am very sorry that you are having problems changing your Gamertag, unfortunately if the system does not allow you to set a certain gamertag there is no possible way to use it.

So if you want to place DarkAvenjer it will not be possible, I have no idea why you can't use it but it is a question of the system.

Yes im trying to return back to my old gamertag Zqfk. Im willing to pay but it says this gamertag isnt allowed. Why wouldnt it be allowed if i had it in the past?

Code of Conduct establishes that certain types of content, such as profanity, hate speech, references to illegal activities, and other controversial or sensitive topics are not permitted. Content that is designed to look similar to or otherwise suggest
such topics is also inappropriate.

The Xbox Enforcement Website has two articles regarding

Xbox Live suspensions and
enforcement myths that provide more information about why some gamertags are not allowed. You will need to choose a different gamertag if it is not allowed by the system. We hope this answers your question

How does 'Funduce' violate this?
