No it is not a region based issue, as I KEEP trying to say.

I did another test, Using a UK IP on my computer I signed up to a free UK Email hoster, I then went to Xbox.com using my UK IP and my UK Email address and created a UK Xbox Live Gamertag, I then went to my 360 console, downloaded the new UK gamertag to the
console, I then logged into my Xbox live account and added the new UK gamertag to my family, it worked perfectly, so again THE PROBLEM IS NOT A REGIONAL ONE, thank you.

I have similar problem asking me to verify I'm adult in order to allow my child access. get email linking me to xbox website where they want $0.50 using my credit card. As I am a UK user the payment can not be made as address where card is registered is
UK when the system just assumes I am US. System asking for State and ZIP Code. Checked my account profile over and over and it's UK. Chat help says change region but cant change region to UK as I'm already down as UK. Son been trying to play LIve for 12 hours
but no joy.

I live in the UK and have been trying to change my gamertag - I get right up to the payment, but when entering my details it does not recognize that I am from the UK and asks for state/province - I cannot enter this as no UK option, so cannot change my gamer

My region is set the UK, as is my billing address. So is my Payment method. However despite trying to change some things, the site still asks me for $9.99 dollars and will not allow me to choose a UK payment method registered to my account or let me change
from a US address.
