    I want to cancel my subsciption immediately and stop it from pulling from my account. And I need help because I cannot seem to do!!!!!!!

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox Communities Forum. I understand you wish to cancel your subscription but can't sign in to your account. In this case, you have 2 options.

    The first option is to try recovering the account. If you remember enough details about the account, you may be able to regain access to it. To protect customer privacy, Microsoft can only help customers verify their account ownership through the online password recovery process: https://account.live.com/acsr

    You can submit this form up to 2 times per day, if you fail your first attempt to recover. However, if you're unable to recover your account, the second option is contacting your bank to block the charges. Microsoft can only assist with cancelling subscriptions if you can access your account.
