I want to cancel my subscription and I want a refund of 21.59 twice

You will need to navigate to the services & subscription page here: Microsoft account | Subscriptions

When you have signed into your account, please can you click onto manage on the right-hand side.





You will be taken to the page where you can manage the subscription. Please scroll down until you see an option to cancel the subscription.





Please note that once you click onto cancel subscription, it will cancel the subscription on the spot. If you are eligible for a refund, it will prompt you about the refund and process it. However, this is automated. This is the only way you can get a refund for subscriptions.

But I dont want to cancel the ultimate subscription I want to cancel the core. And get the refund for that

There's no way to cancel the refund. No one from Microsoft will hate you for it.

When canceling a subscription there is an option for canceling the subscription and allowing it to run out at the subscription period, or receive a refund (if one is available).

When wanting to turn off autorenewal you just turn it off that lets it go to expiry
