    I want to cancel my subscription and I couldn't


    I am trying to cancel my subscription to game pass ultimate and it won't let me it says "you have already paid for this subscribtion.

    I don't want a refund or anything I just want to cancel it.

    The option to cancel the subscription is actually to request a refund, just stop recurring billing so that the subscription is completely cancelled at the end of the current period.

    Sign in to account.microsoft.com.

    Under the Subscriptions section, select View all subscriptions, and then select Manage next to the subscription that you want to cancel.

    Select Turn off recurring billing.
