The problem is, I didn't buy it! There would be nowhere for it to be refunded to, My brother said that it just came up as free. There's no payment option on my account at all.

5. Click "Show contact options"

After submitting, wait for an email on the status of your refund. You should get one within 24 hours and if your request is approved, you'll get your money back soon after. Refunds are processed in 3 - 5 days.

All my subscriptions were cancelled. The ultimate game pass as well. It would have ended somewhere around late September. But even if it wasn't cancelled, how am I supposed to know? It's not on the card I purchased, and I didn't get any notice when I redeemed
the code :s
